Orders are processed on a first-come first-serve basis, but are usually completed within 3-5 business days of order placement. Exact delivery times depend on local post office shipping times as well. We are not responsible for delay of product delivery due to post office delays.

Items may come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, wheat, and dairy. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please consume at your own risk.

We do our best to package your items in a way to prevent damage during the shipping process. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by shipment and/or delivery by the post office or inclement weather. 

As a cottage bakery, we currently offer shipping statewide in Ohio only. We plan to extend our shipping range in the near future.
